It started with three parking tickets in a day! Then eight. Then thirteen. Then the discovery of a hole we could all loop through, the rabbit hole into rebellion and freedom where not paying parking tickets is lawfull... (Yes, I mean lawful.) Determined to spread the word, Gemskii created 'Parking Shmarking'.

But as the bailiff's letters started appearing, it turned out that the story was still unfolding... the beginning of a much bigger quest - who is really in charge? What is their agenda? Do our children even belong to us?

Conscious Theatre traditionally works with the under privileged in prisons, women’s refuges and with those excluded from schools. The company seeks out performers and contributors with experience of the criminal justice and mental health systems. In contrast, Conscious Theatre also works with corporations producing a variety of workshops that enable participants to be more effective team members. With a strong ethical base, Conscious Theatre seeks to change the world simply by moving its audiences. 10% of all performance door profits are donated to victim support funds.
